About Chaplin Farrant
Chaplin Farrant Limited has been based in Norwich for over 70 years, since architect John Chaplin set up the practice in Cathedral Close.Following the addition of Engineers and Quantity Surveyors the multidisciplinary nature of the company quickly developed and continues to trade in this form from Norwich.
In 1996 we established a Winchester office which operates as Chaplin Farrant Wiltshire Limited, and in 2002 Structural Engineer Michael Bekhor joined to add the London office. Further expansion has seen offices opened in Great Yarmouth and Southampton.
The practice can thus meet clients’ professional services requirements across eastern and southern England, taking in the Midlands, the South East and London.
Today the directors of the two companies are Quantity Surveyor Brian Smith, Architects Mark Nolan, Mark Camidge and Neil Macnab based in Norwich, Architect Martyn Wiltshire in Winchester and Michael Bekhor, structural engineer based in London.
