Roys of Wroxham Extension Plans Approved
We are delighted that ours plans for an extension at Roys of Wroxham were approved yesterday at the District Council meeting.
The approval paves way for the building of a two-storey extension to provide a larger sales area and a cafe with an outside terrace, as well as additional parking facilities.
Jerene Irwin, Associate Director at Chaplin Farrant Ltd told the meeting: “There was a public consultation and we took on board quite a number of recommendations. It will be an improved retail offer for Roys, increasing the number of customers. Roys has been in Hoveton for over 100 years, and is keen to invest in its own future and the future of the town.”
