There were 2 main elements to this project, firstly changing the main house & stable block from a private house into residential accommodation for the Special Education Needs Teaching Centre, and secondly, the construction of a new single story learning centre to the rear of the site.

The new learning centre contains 4 teaching rooms, meeting and training areas, administration areas and a reception, which meet the requirements to Special Education Services. (SES)

Built using highly sustainable and recycled materials, the project illustrates high quality contemporary design, blending with the Grade 2 listed building.  Natural light and countryside views are maximized to create an optimal learning environment for the students. Predominantly built offsite, the project was completed onsite within just 16 weeks.
