Carl a RICS qualified Chartered Quantity Surveyor who provides expert advice on construction costs including life cycle costings, cost planning, procurement and tendering, contract administration and commercial management.
He is also a member of The Association of Project Safety (APS) and TechIOSH and is able to provide CDM Consultancy services to assist clients with their requirement to comply with their duties under CDM Regulations 2015 and ensure Chaplin Farrant fulfills it's role of Principle Designer.
Carl has worked across many sectors and has extensive experience in commercial and residential developments.
