Jerene Irwin
Director and Architect

Jerene specialises in large commercial projects including industrial, office and retail developments, delivering high quality schemes for major developers.

She also has extensive experience in education, the public sector and community projects, from internal refurbishments to multi-million-pound college redevelopment programmes and long-term master plans.

Jerene joined Chaplin Farrant in 2007 progressing to Associate in 2014 and became an Director in 2018. She has attained a Prince 2 project management qualification and is currently the President of the Norfolk Association of Architects, the Norfolk branch of the RIBA.

Recent Experience

Birtwick Park

There were 2 main elements to this project, firstly changing the main house & stable block from a private house into residential accommodation for the Special Education Needs Teaching Centre, and secondly, the construction of a new single story learning centre to the rear of the site.
