Wai Man Cheung
Director and Architect

Wai Man primarily focuses on residential development, for both the affordable and open market. His extensive experience and master planning skills ensure the project can maximise the site’s potential.

He also works with domestic clients to create one-off houses with a strong focus on contemporary design. He also holds a Prince 2 project management qualification.

Wai Man joined Chaplin Farrant in 2005, progressed to an Associate in 2014 and became a Director in 2018.

Northfields Road, Ruskington

As one of the first North Kesteven District Council development schemes, the Council were keen to make this an exemplary scheme and indeed, the Council holds it up as an example of good local affordable housing with a wider community benefit of redeveloping a brown field site to regenerate and enhance the local environment.
