Celebrating 23 Years!
Today, we’re proud to celebrate Wai Man’s 23-year journey at Chaplin Farrant. Since joining us in 2005, Wai Man has been a big part of our residential design success—progressing to a Director in 2018.
Some of his completed projects include - Great Wakering, Essex: A design-led scheme of 120 dwellings, balancing affordable and open market housing, and Long Four Acres: A one-off contemporary home on a self-build site.
Some more recent projects are - Ruskington: A low-energy and Passivhaus housing scheme for approximately 200 dwellings, and Reydon: A masterplan for 220 dwellings, integrating self-build plots and responding to the unique challenges of coastal erosion within a rural area.
