Project Complete!
We’re proud to have delivered another successful property conversion in partnership with NHS Property Services — this time transforming the old X-ray building at Halstead Hospital into a modern satellite GP surgery with 4 clinical rooms.
Located in a conservation area, the design cleverly mirrors the original dormers—swapping windows for ventilation grilles to preserve the building’s historic charm.
With the building being over 100 years old, this project came with its fair share of challenges. But thanks to the collaborative efforts of:

- Forest Gate (Main Contractor)
…we’ve turned a complex space into a fully functional healthcare facility for the Halstead community.
