Reserved Matters Planning Approval – Copperwheat Avenue, Reydon
We’re delighted to share that our Copperwheat Avenue project in Reydon, designed for Orbit Homes, received Reserved Matters planning approval last Friday.
The scheme includes:
- 202 open market and affordable dwellings
- 11 self-build plots
- 7 coastal erosion plots
The development comprises a mix of one and two-storey dwellings in keeping with the surrounding built form. These are arranged into three distinct character areas – Rural Edge, Village Core, and Gateway – each with its own identity through varied detailing, materials, and window styles.
