Constructing Excellence Awards 2026
A great evening at the 2026 Norfolk Constructing Excellence awards last night held at Royal Norfolk. Thanks to Norfolk Constructing Excellence for organising.
We were delighted to receive a High Commendation in the Regeneration & Retrofit category for our project, The Place—the reuse of a former department store, now given new life as a public library and university centre.
After nearly a year in use, the stats are clear that it’s been a success, with increased library visitors and course enrolments. We couldn’t be happier for the teams at East Coast College and Norfolk County Council and hope they continue to enjoy the spaces for years to come.
