Our architects designed the project in consultation with the Planning Officers, who wanted a building of presence at this entrance to the town.
A former garage site, the development, in a Conservation Area, is in keeping with the listed building opposite (Cripps Development offices) and the design mirrors the architecture of Beccles and reflects the historical context of Blyburgate.
The Beccles Society awarded the project with its “Best Housing Development” of the year certificate.
