This proposed high quality development south of Cambridge City Centre, does not attempt to replicate the existing nerighbouring buildings, but instead provides a contemporary interpretation using the historic assets as inspiration.

Bordering a conservation area, the architectural design retains the existing mature trees and provides large corner glazing to break down the massing of the elevation.
