The new community building will provide a space for both the school and the local community to use, consideration has been taking in catering for both the school and community. There will be a route through the community building and external works to allow for participants to use both the community building and swimming pool facilities.

 

The teams changing area will facilitate two team changing rooms and a referee area. At the heart of the building there will be a café, this will provide an area for people to socialise or to watch over the 3G pitch.

 

The western area of the building will be a 40-station gym and multi-use space which can be subdivided into 2 smaller areas using sliding partitions providing flexibility for a variety of different activities or performance spaces.
