Details: This scheme involved the design and construction of 3 no. single storey 3,000ft2  units with trade counters. It was intended to improve the visual appearance of the area through the use of attractive materials and components.

 

Sustainability: Sustainable guidelines were adhered to during the design of the new units and included renewable and efficient heating and lighting options, water conservation, air tightness, enhancement of the ecological value of the site, off-site construction methods and reduced construction costs and construction periods.
