The Kirkley Rise site was identified by NHS Great Yarmouth and Waveney as offering an ideal and affordable strategic location for health services south of the river in Lowestoft.

 

We designed a 2600m health campus, with options for flexible use, in a modern and sustainable building. The building entrance creates a reference to the windmill that was previously located on the site.

 

In addition to the substantial community, health and economic benefits provided under this scheme, the design solution will significantly enhance the local built environment, and regenerate the area, as well as provide a suitable infill for a derelict industrial site.
