Chaplin Farrant designed a 2600m health campus with options for flexible use in a modern, sustainable building. As part of the logistics of relocating services in Lowestoft, 2 modular units have been installed. The units house GP services and physiotherapy, as well as a large teaching / meeting room.

 

Once the overall campus is completed, these modular units will be moved to another health facility to be reused.

 

The project included external works that will be reused in the permanent health campus with elaborate fencing to lift the surrounding area.
