Brief: The Meridian Business Park occupies a prominent corner site adjacent to the A47 southern bypass, Broadland Business Park and Yarmouth Road.

 

Detail:  The site is approximately ten acres of developable area plus structural landscaping for which master plan proposals commenced in 2000. The first buildings to be occupied were 2 no. two-storey office buildings of 10,000ft2 and 4,000ft2 together with a single storey day nursery completed in 2003.

 

There followed 3 no. two-storey offices comprising 15,000ft2 which were completed in June 2004. Since then a further 30,000ft2 of offices and a prestigious £3m car showroom for Audi has also been constructed.
